I’ve only had laser hair removal here and in one other Chicago location, but I can say that Pure Med Spa excels in value, cost, equipment, and staff by comparison. Meagan specifically is a true professional who goes above and beyond for her clients and balances that professionalism with charm and friendliness. I’m seeing better results in just a few sessions than in a year with a competitor. I definitely recommend!
This is one of the best medical spas in the city! Everyone was so friendly and professional. As soon as I arrived I was welcomed by the front desk with such a positive attitude, and I was made to feel so comfortable. That meant a lot to me. I was nervous about my appt prior to coming and that went out the window. My injector Kaylee was amazing. Sweet young woman who really listened to me as well as advised and educated me. The place in Chicago is so pretty. I can’t wait to share my experience with my friends. I hope this review helps others as well.

Been going to this spa for a couple months now! Every visit I feel like I leave a brand new woman. The place is always clean and welcoming. Lauren has been so informative/patient when performing and explaining laser hair removal on me. Gave me lots of tips to keep up with keeping the hair away and protecting the skin before and after treatments. She truly is an angel can’t wait for my next visit with Lauren. 10 out of 10 recommend ask for her you won’t regret it.

Great place, very professional employees ! I got botox on my forehead in many clinics last 5 years in Chicago, but almost was never satisfied. This is my first time in Pure medical spa, downtown Chicago. And i am glad that I found this place. Kaylee and Mia is amazing nurses! Definitely gonna come back in 5 month. Highly recommended.
